AvixZ Digital is an initiative being structured by AvixZ Group S.A., a Brazilian company headquartered in Santarém, Pará (Av. Curuá-Una, 300, Loja C, Santa Clara, 68005-440), the holder of the domain avixz.ch. The Swiss legal structure mentioned on this page is being established and, until that is complete, no Swiss AvixZ entity exists or operates.

This page is exclusively institutional and informational. It describes the intentions, phases and principles of an initiative, not an available product.

2. No offer, no recommendation

Nothing on this page constitutes a public or private offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation or investment advice, in any jurisdiction. No security, token, crypto-asset or other instrument is being offered, sold, reserved or distributed.

Digital assets and structures based on distributed ledgers involve high risks, including the total loss of the value involved, technological failures, regulatory change and variation in the value of the underlying real assets. This page does not project returns or guarantee results. The past performance of AvixZ Group's operations is no indication of the future results of any digital initiative.
