2. What data we collect

Through the interest-list form: name, e-mail, country of residence, profile and, if provided, organisation and message. On submission we also record the IP address, browser, date and page language, for security and abuse prevention.

This page uses no tracking cookies and no audience-analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own servers.

3. What we use it for

To send institutional updates on the structuring of AvixZ Digital, to answer your message and to keep the service secure. We do not use the data for automated decisions, and we do not sell or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD, art. 7, I; Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection – FADP; and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). The logging of IP address and browser rests on our legitimate interest in security.

5. Who we share it with

With the providers that run the infrastructure of this page and of our e-mail: hosting of this page in Switzerland (Infomaniak), form processing and hosting of the group's website (HostGator) and e-mail service (Titan). These providers may process data in Brazil, Switzerland, the United States and the European Union, under contracts and appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as you remain on the interest list or until you ask to be removed. Technical submission logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

7. Your rights

You may at any time confirm whether we process your data, access, correct, update or delete it, withdraw your consent and cancel your registration. Simply write to latam.rwa@avixzgroup.com; we reply within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country (in Brazil, the ANPD; in Switzerland, the FDPIC).

8. Security

The page is served over HTTPS only. The form has bot protection and a submission limit, the data travels encrypted and reaches only the group mailboxes designated for this purpose.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the initiative or in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.
